All the manager have to satisfy the URM quota in certain period of time. This is part of manager's performance in focal. After denying some disqualified URMs they have to accept some in order to keep their own job. People are the most valuable asset for the company, but the diversity program completely destroyed it.
Many non-URM I high positions don't even have degrees. At least the URM has a social science degree. I can show you non-URM managers who don't even have degrees, but because they are drinking buddies of someone higher up, those good for nothing managers are being moved up.; Sad.
Technical qualifications and execution don't matter to us only optics and the feelings of the majority of world citizens repressed by the privileged owg opressors.

Try to increase URM employee is not a bad thing but not as Intel is doing it, which only care about URM and give up basic qualification factors. Do you hire a software engineer who only has social science degree and never write any program or script before, don't know how to operate in commandline?
