Ats needs to get rid of that whole management team in Newark. 3 years 3 union campaign. Btw ATS if u wanna win techs over in Newark just buy them some stale bagels n soggy pizza they will vote no in a heart beat.

Back a year ago OSP was involved on all those talks . Unfortunately a few of those guys were snakes laying in the grass because they were being promised the world by management . I’m praying for you guys in Newark get it done this time stop believing the garbage . From an old OSP guy who believed union who is now an electrician out of the cable field ( thank god ). There's been talk in other shops. Issue is I don't think anybody wants to step up as shop steward etc. everyone wants to go with it but nobody honestly wants to lead it.

Their kiss asses for sure. Always thought our T eam K aptain was one us till they flashed that money in front of his face. Now he's just a rat. Damn shame, divide and conquer. Bring the vote to tinton falls.

even though they're severely understaffed, they can and should still try to go union.

They're still a few real soldiers left in that shop (like JG).

They need to get on board asap.

To bad there’s not enough OSP techs in Hawthorne shop to vote on the union let olone field service sooo understaff.

Altice is keeping OSP out intentionally. OSP doesn't have the numbers to sway the vote anymore. When OSP is getting FS work they'll be interested.

The union allows you to "have your voice heard". OSP isn't allowed to make their voice known. United field service stands against everyone else.
