GE Digital is already set to shrink out of existence. They told us we will be re-aligned to business so nothing really left. Transportation DT gone. Healthcare DT gone. Industrial Engine DT gone. Remaining BHGE DT gone. Remaining Capital Finance gone. Remaining Core Tech gone. Remaining Corporate gone. Cyber Security gone. Aviation, Power and Renewable's re-aligned. What's left? Predix lol

The future? Just ask any GE Capital current or former employee what the next few years will be like for GE Digital. Layoffs! However, GE Capital got excellent retention and severance packages, because they actually generated revenue and we made billions selling the assets. Not so sure what GE Digital severances will be since it is a failed business. I expect they will give you the least they are legally obligated.
Drumgoole and Leadership have no heart to feel bad for pulling the wool over employee's eyes! They have done it for years. I was lucky and took a package to leave last year. They kept making promises that things were going to straighten out and get on the right track. They all know they are blowing smoke up everyone's a--, but it doesn't matter to them because they still get their big paychecks and bonuses. From an ex GIS, ISS, Coretech employee over many years, take my advice and RUN!! It isn't going to get better no matter what BS Drumgoole, Fowler, and Ruh spew!

You would think leadership would feel guilty as they get people to leave their stable jobs with the promise of a good future at GE now 1 year later they are talking layoffs... you are going to cause a lot of pain for all of us and our families! Shame on all of you in leadership!!!
