You folks are finally up to plate for the cutting crew.
It’s about time!

It’s about time!
Are you okay?
If not, I can recommend a psychologist that's very good at helping people work out their issues. Times are stressful, but with self-reflection a person can navigate through a trying time. Let me know if I can help. :)
you are of being racist as trying to stop hindu people of speaking out
if you have no sense of humor, it's better you get off the internet
@TSojYV1-1szo, clever. The " too early to tell" statement is in regards to whether they'll replace directors with people that has leadership traits, which will mitigate the Peter Principle, or people that'll manage using positional power.
Commenting in Hindi with short phases such as "not it's not" doesn't contribute to the conversation of whether the principle can be mitigated - which could be an interesting, intelligent conversation in the least, as the psyche of Sycamore's actions as it related to people isn't usually discussed on this forum.
Again, as mentioned on other threads, if you have nothing valuable to contribute, it would be best if you leave the conversation to the adults.
But, it's too early to tell who they'll be replacing people with.
नहीं यह नहीं
@TSojYV1-1grk, the irony there is that the Peter Principle is typically a result of hiring from within and promoting the highest performers as opposed to the best leaders.
One thing Sycamore has done is layoff and replace. But, it's too early to tell who they'll be replacing people with.
However, in this case, I feel sorry for all the people under them that'll get laid off just because a particular director's name was chosen.
Most directors at Staples are a clear demonstration of the Peter principle, and this has been going on for many years.
Directors. hahhahahaha
Everyone knows how A, B and C became Directors. They all should have some basic professionalism, ethics and care for their resources/employees. Outside these directors will be kicked out any day
The issue is... they're purging the teams that work under those managers and directors. For each manager, there's at least 20 direct reports, and for each director... well, you get the point. Sycamore is purging entire departments this next quarter.
Good, there are many directors/managers in SDS that are terrible and are only here because of connections. Would love to see a nice purge.
When? Which departments?
