The "investor" may have read both Xerox's and Conduent's Quarterly financials

where Xerox's clearly states that Conduent is solely liable and Conduent's where they recognize

that they (Conduent) are liable per the terms of the Xerox/Conduent Separation Agreement.

Conduent took ownership of all Xerox BPO businesses/subsidiaries and all of the pre-separation liablities that go with it.

The entities named in the Lawsuit are labeled as "Xerox...," but that is solely due to the fact

that that is what they were called when the suit was filed.

The Texas Court and Texas AG knows who to get the money from.

The articles state that the lawsuit was launched in 2014 against Xerox, before Conduent even existed as a company. They also state that Xerox has been found as the culpable legal entity for recouping costs and damages. Conduent is not mentioned as being responsible except for one investor's half-baked research on the issue.

This is why investors aren't bailing from Conduent at the moment. Because it has not been found responsible financially. Xerox, on the other hand, has.

I expect to see an email by the Chief People Officer later today telling us why this is a good thing for Conduent and how the employees should be excited about how they're going to be affected by the impending litigation.

....actually I think they're just not going to inform their employees about this. Keep as many of them in the dark as possible.

Also, an article came out just a few hours ago about how badly Conduent has been screwing up toll collection: https://www.lohud.com/story/news/investigations/2018/06/27/cashless-tolls-executives/679433002/. Being hit with tons of penalties, states having to issue out amnesties, not renewing contracts, etc.

Whistlerblowers go into action! There is never just one c---roach.

For all those that know of the scheming and lying to clients ( governments too ) step

up and report it, but not to the Conduent Ethics Hotline, but to your State Attorney General.

Conduent is hip deep in government contracts. Anything that has taxpayer $$$ they

are involved with.

The EZ-PASS, SNAP benefits, just to name a few. Don't talk to your supervisor,

just report the fraud. You can get a nice reward too.
