skill gained here are useless in job market - 3 years exp freshers conclude they entered wrong place and put their career at risk

there are no good development projects at all, to place the trainees, the brain rusts in support, testing and politics and meaningless appraisal cycles, that fail to tell you how you are doing and what is expected of you.... as the managers are too outdated both in technology as well managerial skill... look at quality audit department the entire department is atleast 20 years behind the rest of IT industry
medium low grade freshers are hired they cant leave(cause they dont learn anything other than the syntel training). it is well established business strategy to maintain low employee cost for the low end work that we do onely one in 50 needs to have real core tech skill.
