The next round will probably hit healthcare operations harder. There are some uncorrected staffing levels in claims and claims customer support that were not addressed in this layoff. I would expect that they will allow attrition to work for 3 to 6 months and then have another round.

I hear they think they have a couple of prospects that are nearly signed, so maybe they're keeping the staff so they don't have train backup new employees. Also hearing there are a couple of large development projects that are looking highly likely for existing customers, that will bring in additional dev work.
