After more than two decades with the company, today was my last day. I feel numb.
I honestly believed I was safe but I guess I was wrong. Whoever said nobody is safe was right.
Loyalty, knowledge, experience...it all means squat in the end. This is not the same company it once was, that's for sure.
at least your severance pay is good 2 weeks pay for every year up to 52 weeks.
Maybe its too soon but were you low level and what did the package and health insurance look like.. asking for a friend
Lucky you. I am still here. Left to find a new job without getting severance pay. DST will not survive this. The company has been destroyed. They will hire in India, a proven mistake.
