DST S---S. I worked there for 8 years and got out 4 years ago and became self employed. Best decision I ever made! What a clusterf*ck of an organization.
We learned that even after ten layoffs since 2008, people still somehow think they're safe and shockingly unmotivated to find a more supportive company to work for.
When will people learn? Take what you can and find better jobs. Move if you have to. Haven't any of you wanted to get out of where your at for something better?
We learned that getting thrown to the curb hurts more when you invest your time, talents, OT and loyalty and expect the company to do the right thing. Some good people were tossed much to their surprise. We learned to give them as little as possible for the pay, they don't care about us, it's a business. Charge as much as the market will bear and then chisel away at what you deliver to keep more $$. Employees should do that too.
I too was told that. Can't trust anyone.
Exactly!!!
Signed- I was told that too and I’m laid off!
Oh well on to the next chapter!
