Pourin' out a little data for the Botello/Carlie tryst, RIP lil ones.
69 is normal & the American way
Marni had a director fired because she made it obvious she was going to sleep with someone at a company event. There was no reporting relationship between the couple - weren't even in the same part of the division. But Marni didn't want people talking about her organization.
So.... no code of conduct violation, but an insecure EVP.
Code of conduct....hahaha More proof no one gives a $hit jagoff!
Do you geniuses want to keep speculating, or read the Code of Conduct?
2.1.1 Personal Conflicts of Interest
You may not supervise someone with whom you share a close personal relationship, such
as anyone in your family or household, someone with whom you have or had a romantic
relationship or other close personal relationship....If you supervise someone, even indirectly, with whom you have one of the relationships described above, .... you must disclose the relationship promptly to the VZ Compliance Guideline.
Na. One chick that got drunk at winners circle and tried to get with me is now a director. #womenofwireless
Is a side piece permitted ?
asking for a friend.
interesting problem... frankly, either way, your screwed. hahahahaha
Technically if it is someone in management that oversees the person they are sleeping with then it is a code of conduct. Many sups in call centers have been fired for sleeping with their reps. As long as they aren't supervising the person then it doesn't matter.
It happens all the time.
Reps with reps, managers with reps, managers with DM's.
The stuff that happens on training trips with exec leadership and front line teams as well.
Don't even get me started with the marketing team in Irvine
The manager I know was a woman.
Only if she goes a$$ to mouth. Actually I think that is grounds for marriage.
Only if they go a$$ to mouth. Wait, actually I think that is grounds for marriage.
is manager man or woman?
I have known managers and reps that have slept Together in numerous locations. If you get in trouble depends on who you are and who you know. It’s crazy that some females I know slept their way out of trouble.
Over the years, numerous managers have F'd me many times, but never while I was in their presence ;-)
Should be part of the credo.
No. It happens all the time.
I believe fraternization is prohibited at Verizon but not 100%.
