Peer tattle tailing has always been a part of the culture and is similar at Microsoft so when the Softies migrate over, they fit right in and the childish hourly beat goes on to rat our your co worker for every thing from "they weren't at their desk at 4:00AM or 10:00PM to "eeek...my co-worker used a word I didn't understand, or they looked at me the wrong way...or I didn't like their mood."
