Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Read new hire comments

ADP managers and the HR department should take time and do a employee survey. Seems like they have a lot of unhappy new employees that are stressed out and underpaid. This is what happens when a company cuts the work force and pays low wages to new hires. Low moral and people won’t stick around.

ADP does care about experienced employees or inexperienced employees. They are pawns. Truly all they care about is how cheap they can get the wage base. The whiny lazy incapable folks they are bringing in are just too stupid to realize they are being used. ADP doesn't care about productivity right now because the economy is doing well and they can ride that as a cover up for effectiveness. And when the stock drops 50% they will blame Bill Ackman and Pershing Square and call him childish names on CNBC. Anyone of right mind would go elsewhere before the investigations start. (Yes, you read that right)

Actually, you are the one that sounds bitter and unable to accept any negativity toward ADP. I was the one who posted the "negativity" that you are complaining about. I was one of the expensive, irreplaceable employees that was terminated. However, I am not bitter as you have falsely assumed. My finances are in order and I am retired with an income stream almost matching my former ADP salary. Only I don't have to work for the money anymore! Plus, my Social Security monthly benefit payout just started this month. Sweet! So I am far from bitter. ADP did me a favor by laying me off since I was old enough to retire. I don't have the pressure and stress from that job anymore!

So please do not assume things about people you do not know. By the way, even if a person is bitter, it doesn't change the facts. Find something better to complain about.

Since when does ADP listen or care about what employees say? The company is not there to please their employees. ADP does not take into consideration what employees want. Employees are there to produce, produce, produce, not make demands.

Management feels that they know best what to do for the company and don't need any of their employees, who are considered lower than dirt, to tell them anything.

Management has successfully gotten rid of all of the expensive employees who earn too much money and replaced them with cheap, disinterested employees who are now going to produce, produce, and produce. What the new employees are not working out? Oh... wait... but, but...
