Looks like I'm getting a letter in the mail today from DST Legal Department... Hopefully they won't even make us come in on Monday!

Open mail and READ before stirring the pot next time!
If you received a notice of arbitration, IMO NOTHING will happen, don't expect a check ;)

I got one too. Strange timing, but It’s to let you know that if you’re in the 401K plan, you can be part of the arbitration that is pending. We can no longer sue the company for mishandling the 401K plan, but you can ask to be part of the arbitration.
Anyone fear retaliation if they sign up for the Valeant lawsuit?
It’s just a notice about the right to assert claim for the Valeant pharmaceuticals and Ruane management fiasco a few years back. Not layoff related.
No, it does not show it as registered, so it’s probably some general form letter.
Does it indicate whether it is registered or requires a signature?
I also have a letter coming from DST legal. USPS emails me a screenshot of my incoming mail every day. I should have it delivered some time this morning and will update when it gets here.
Another fail.
what state are you in and what does it say?
I'm confident OP will deliver!
Well? What does it say?
please let us know what it says!
