Do anyone know if the claims department is safe? Supervisors doesn’t seem to know anything they just keep saying “they think we’re okay”

I don't think anyone really knows except the consultants they hired to fire everyone that thinks they know what is going on.
Managers know- supervisors do not.
Truthfully I don’t think anyone is safe. Not even managers.
Where is the Claims Department located? Which business unit? DST is pretty large. I’ve heard rumors mainly about KC headquarters business units. Most DST employees probably have heard only about their own location. Wishing you well, though.

In some cases, managers don't know yet. Notification to managers are planned for Monday.
Will happen first thing in the morning on the 26th.
Managers are only allowed to say "I think we're going to be okay"
What else do you expect?
They know full well who is being let go.
There are layoffs in every business group.
