By now you know the Wyotech sale was all smoke and mirrors, typical corporate BS as usual. And if any of you think there are potential buyers for the Altierus schools well, I have swamp land to sell you in Florida. Who in their right mind would buy this heaping pile of steaming crap?

Here's the breakdown:

Altierus will announce the teach out of the 3 remaining campuses by Q2 2019
The 3 remaining campuses currently have an all time population low, don't believe the hype leadership is spewing. I see all pop reports, re-entries and attrition. There is zero marketing. The brand is worthless and potential students have been warned not to enroll.
This is CCi 2.0. Same leadership, same staff, same faculty. It's the same predatory lending. Nothing has changed except the name. I see the books, I see the numbers and I see how the front office continues to prey upon the low income and Vets.

Integrity? What Integrity? This is a direct quote from ECMC's website. "We uphold the highest standards of conduct. We seek and speak the truth." HA seriously? That is a bunch of complete horse crap. Let's break this down.

"Highest Standards of Conduct" If this was true, why is the CCi leadership that destroyed Everest still at the helm of Altierus? There is zero accountability at the campus level. Have you ever been in a campus after 5pm? Try it. Go and see for yourself the actions that take place after 5pm.

"We seek and speak the truth" HAHA this is hilarious. Who writes this garbage? Since the inception 4 years ago it's been nothing but lies lies lies.

Look people, I know some of you are asking Mic Drop, if you are so unhappy why are you staying? Well, because I make a boat load of money. And as we all know, we are on a termination plan so our days are numbered.

Bottom Line:

I'm not here to put out bad voodoo, I'm here to exploit the lies and fake news that ECMC/Zenith is spewing to the media and students. If you truly have a good product you don't need to oversell. The product will sell itself.

ECMC/Zenith fail to remember the three "P's" in business:

People - People come first. No questions asked. Without people you don't have a business.
Process - Without process you FAIL
Product - If your product s---s..you will FAIL. Hence Altierus

So here we are in June. Most of us will be gone in a few months. For some this will be the "out" we were looking for. We take our severance package and enjoy a few weeks off to start a new life and new career.

Sold? Big Deal. It was STATE Taxpayer Money. Now Mathis will flip this to For Profit, bilk investors and scam the Laramie community...again. Oh, and close the doors in a year.

Doesn't matter how they dispose of the remains of WyoTech, it won't effect me anymore. Turned in my keys, took my severance and went home today. They can sell the stuff, keep it or burn it all. Don't give a s%&t.

Sorry to burst your bubble but an acquisition company came in and inventoried all of our training equipment, tools and classroom furniture. ECMC is selling these items as a package deal for the acquisition company to auction off. You may go back to bed now.

Acquisition company? LOL, Go back to bed. There is no acquisition company. ECMC owns the FF&E but leases the structure. There is no physical real estate. And there is no acquisition company. Most FF&E is being donated per the ECMC corporate facilitates team. Wyotech is continuing the planned shutdown and all locations will be empty by 12/18.

Mic Drop

Those who attend Harvard and Yale do not need student loans. Those who attended Everest and WyoTech financed their entire tuition. Just another tidbit.

Just on a side note, Harvard and Yale have never been accredited and are not accredited today. Just a tidbit.

Glad to see Everest gone, sad to WyoTech gone.

All three WyoTechs were sold to an acquisition company and they will be selling off the contents and real estate. ECMC has wiped their hands of the mess.

Normally takes 12 to 18 months to get all the paperwork and approvals done. The only reason ECMC got the approvals back so quickly is the Federal government fast tracked everything through because of the billions in student loans that were at stake. There's no loans the government will have to eat now because ECMC taught out the schools. Once they're closed it will be even more difficult to get all the approvals needed.

The accreditation is the killer it took the Hot Rod institute in South Dakota a long time to get this it affects student loans and the VA. all most everything that is involved in running a school.

He has been saying the same thing for the last couple months. There are a lot of hoops to jump through even if ECMC would agree to the sale. The Federal DOE has to approve it along with every state he plans on enrolling students from. Plus there's the VA and accrediting council.

I was hoping you would state that..just needed to hear it. Also I think there are 3 stop lights in Laramie.

LOL Newspapers?? Laramie is a sleepy town with 2 stoplights, I've been there many times. The newspapers quotes what they hear. And if ECMC is telling them lies well..they quote it. The sale is not finalized.

Look, it was a good run. We had fun. Now its time to go back to that sleepy town and feed the cows.

Well Slim Shady according to the Laramie Newspaper they think a sale will be done and Mattis says still on track for July 2. Maybe you are not in the loop.

ECMC was never in the market to sell the schools or they would have tried a year ago. They want them shut down for tax write offs. They turned down offers for the Blairsville campus using a number of reasons. The only purpose of the Laramie talk was to keep the peace with the town and state.
