Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

Apple vs Qualcomm

So, the latest step in the whole Qualcomm vs. Apple legal battle is Apple asking US Patent and Trademark Office to invalidate four of our patents. They might even succeed in it.

Anybody else thinking that this is going to far and that we should drop the whole thing before we shoot ourselves in the foot?

Is a major legal loss factored into the stock price yet ? I think not and the legal issues are going on and on and on. AAPL is not going to lose. They will either win huge or win big.

@mei, if management was bowing down to the shareholders Broadcom would now own QCOM.

Prediction Apple will SPANK Qualcomm in court. Why you ask? Look at qcom stock insider sales. Top legal person for company Don R' and top legal person in royalty group Alex R are selling. If they think they have a winner why would they sell now?

Going to IPR is a basic move in patent lit. PTAB is not the shut down relief pitcher it used to be.

Apple is going to lose...no questions about it. The question is by how much

It all depends on what the shareholders want. The management is only bowing down to shareholders rn to keep their jobs.
