The tech levels were restructured after you were replaced. The tech III your speaking about is a plant maintenance tech position. Top of the pay scale in NYC!

Scab used to be a bad word back in the 70s 80s and 90's. Now its worse to be called homeless.
i think if we keep using twitter and facebook it will end the strike by day 900. for now i will just keep calling everyone that wants to feed their families a scab while go drink union kool aid
You scabs are so stupidly ignorant, keep believing what the company says make yourselves feel better patting each other on the back "yeah you are a good guy" BS all of you deserve to get screwed royally, I will tell you this those strikers would have never done what you POS did, you don't deserve any respect, and here is something to think about how long to do think that 45 an hour is going to stay if the strike is over and company actually is able to get the union to go, only reason company paying that is incentive to get morons like you to work for them and then kick you in the B***S when they dont need you anymore, which you deserve any way
Former management or foreman were offered high pay tech positions to stay with the company and do the tech work that was previously done by strikers. They were smart to take them as tech positions are much better than being a babysitter or dealing with company politics. These guys keep the plant running but do get harassed by jealous strikers. Who the f--k would not take $45 to do plant work? You strikers are all worried about your pensions while you have starved for the past year and half. Think about the future yes but thinking about today and tomorrow is more important. You may collect a pension if strike ends but your wife, house, and kids will be gone.....
The strikers are entitled cry babies that drank the local 3 kool aid for too long.
The charter people that stayed or crossed are scared for their job every day and get paid crap.
