Is the office being closed or just layoffs? If layoffs, how many?

2 more clients for health solutions might be in the pipeline. Contracts were handed out to go over etc etc. I dont believe there will be layoffs in health solutions but selling it may be a option in the near future.
They would be sued for multiple breaches of contracts with ongoing customers so that isnt going to happen.
I agree with the op.....layoffs or no are a tell to ss&c's intentions for hs.
HS makes money, slim margins though, no where near the 40% SSNC requires though. Although after recent customer churn they may be in the red. What SSNC intends to do with HS (pharmacy too) is the big question. My theory is if there are layoffs in Birmingham, they intend to keep HS, if there are no layoffs, then HS will be sold within a year or two. Same for pharmacy.
