The layoff page tunrned to be a bully like enbridge. Why removing the posts.
So i guess enbridge employees will have no more place to vent. I suggest we create an independent blog/page to discuss enbridge bulling and layoff news.

There are bullies active on this site. The post below mine is a great example.
He got a taste of his own medicine. Time will tell whether that taste leads to more bullying on his part or better treatment of his employees. I hope it’s the latter.
Some readers saw the post before it was removed, so, arguably, the damage to that individual has been done.
Can’t be fun to be in the position of being bullied on line. The experience may give that individual some empathy for employees who may be experiencing bullying at work.
I’m with you, @nnl. If you post anonymously, you should respect anonymity of others. Besides, this site doesn’t allow posting names nor any other personally identifiable data, for that matter (not even your own, because there is no way for them to determine if you are impersonating someone or not). That and posting personal insults is the fastest way to get banned from posting on this site. Site admins nuke everything you ever written and block your IP. Btw, trolling, bullying, spamming are not allowed either.
Like I said, post your real name and stand behind your statements and allegations or don't post them at all.
It's one thing to talk about layoffs and the general culture of the company, but another to start naming people and accusing them of things when they can't properly defend themselves. Talk about bullying!
Slander is only slander if it's Not true. It sounds as though we have a systemic problem that folks aren't taking seriously. What's it going to take? Someone is eventually gonna spout off to the wrong person
Unless you're willing to post your real name and stand behind your allegations, instead of hurling comments from the shadows you win't be taken seriously and the posts will continue to be taken down.
