Does this company background check the management before they hire them? Do they credit check them? This is leading to layoffs for not playing the game.

At this rate, Americans will kill themselves off first, if Russia and/or China doesn't put America out of its misery. No one seems to like one other, and are factioning themselves racially, politically, and nationally.
But, if there's any minorities left afterwards after the civil war, they'll be accepted in other countries with open arms.
Replacing white people, not just at work, would certainly make the world a better place. Just think of the things that could be accomplished.

it's great that Staples is hiring indians. more white people will have first-hand experience of working with them and then getting replaced. I wish the US would import 100 million more iindians, it would be fantastic!!!

Make yourself more competitive and more valuable. Business is competitive in nature, and in a global economy, Americans shouldn't be privileged to jobs just because of where they were born.
Businesses owe you nothing. But, if you want good jobs, you owe the business added value. You're not adding value to the business, which is where we come in.

The reality is that management is forced to save money and the way to do that is either hire from somewhere cheaper (India or Mexico) and no doesn't mean they're better, or hire someone with less experience like younger kids out of school. THAT'S THE REAL REASON why senior people are being forced to retire, and or jobs are being outsourced. It's NOT because your smarter...don't kid yourself.

managers hire indians to build an empire, not to write code. 5 indians means more managers than 1 american. and each indian creates enough bugs that an additional 2 or 3 are hired later.
