The issue of bullying at Enbridge has really struck a nerve!

I was bullied by fellow employees and after PROVING it with genuine evidence, I was shepherded to a meeting between myself and the bully. No evidence was looked at or considered. Their "MEET" solution was "You leave him alone and he will leave you alone". They even ignored the fact that my lunch, in the common fridge had been tampered with (reported immediately).
One problem....I was NOT doing anything to the other employee....I was the victim. Upon leaving the meeting, the bully high fived others in the work area. A month later my boss again admitted the other employee was the problem...He said..."She is just being b--chy....Ignore her"...REALLY??? She was obsessed with causing me problems, and I knew this so I steered as clear of her as I could. When they offered packages for employees with pension years...I took it. Bye bye...got the hell out with a package, my pension and full sanity....Enbridge DOES NOT DEAL WITH HARASSMENT OR BULLYING!!!!!
Bullies should be dragged thru the street and made examples.
Company full of bullies. They bully us at work and they are following us here to bully us more.
Good point. I’m not sure, though, if this site is the best place to call out certain individuals.
Although, reporting them to HR won’t help either, as they are programmed to support bullies.
Exposing bullies makes you a bully? I'd lay money you're one of them!
The thread on bullying will be pulled from this site soon enough. It’s not good practice to name names, even the names of bullies.
Doing so makes you a bully too.
Enbridge, as a company, has every right to mold the culture into whatever it wants. And if a bullying culture is what it thinks is necessary, then so be it.
Time to move on.
Certain people at Enbridge don’t want it known that the company is a snake pit of bullies.
So they have tried to stop that discussion on this site.
