Layoffs coming in North America, includes all operating segments at Accenture. Accenture has grown too fast too quickly and these layoffs are only natural to eliminate duplicated roles that no longer make sense.

I'm curious if HR is using this site as a tool to drive attrition? Many of the fear mongering posts lately appear to be HR Language...very interesting.
It's very unlikely. Look at the pipeline, it's healthy and improving.
Sure, some pockets can be affected but that's a constant, it's always like this.
