Information Security? They're part of SDS. Report up to BW (CISO) they handle cyber attacks, privacy concerns, etc. Like every time there is a phishing attack they're going to be involved in solution and often sending out an email for it.
This is a security team that says their is an ethical concern and they have questions ?? Never heard of them
It depends on whether you work in retail or not.
For retail, you follow the procedures provided for security concerns. It will get escalated through management. If not retail, leased buildings and offices each have their own security and processes.
If the concern is too bad, just use the panic button in the store (if equipped), or call the police directly.
