I just found out that they are outsourcing their entire Recruiting Team to Korn Ferry mid next year. All of recruiting I believe, globally. We have a meeting with Alan May, CPOm tomorrow.

Compliance activities are being outsourced to Delloitte. By this way they are saving some cost, but are on high risk in terms of compliance accomplishment.
Many from our team have started looking out and few have already quit.

So does that mean that Korn Ferry quoted lower than HPE Costa Rica, Slovakia, and India? Those kind of jobs have been relocated internally to lower cost countries for years now. A thief who robs another thief has a thousand years of forgiveness...
The recruiting tactical/coordination processes should have been contracted company-wide long time ago. That has nothing to do with selection, but headhunting and all the administrative stuff.
