Only this time one that will get rid of all the incompetent and lazy employees who are a dead weight on the company.
Most of the time those who are laid off are among the best workers who have been with the company the longest and earn the most.
Saving money that way obviously did not work, so how about we try and get rid of those who actually deserve it?
I’m wishing for whatever big reorg is going to happen to just happen soon so that people can move on. The uncertainty is really bringing down the team I supervise in KC, and I don’t have enough information to be helpful. It’s a very difficult place to be, especially since I enjoy the people that work for me, and I’m proud of their efforts. Trying to be optimistic.
