I’ve heard there will no exceptions to this edict. Seems like a quick way to save a buck, but what about client facing and product teams? The expectation that these folks will either pay to keep their work cell or provide the number of their personal cell to clients is hogwash.

This company is profitable enough to pay for cell phones. Each person with a company issued phone turns enough profit for the company in the work that they deliver to justify them. It is nothing more than pure GREED.
My personal phone in MINE and I will not use it for work especially after hours.. They no pay I no answer.. and I will not put DST email on my personal phone and be constricted to all their security restrictions.
All ES support people must turn in their pagers and phones. Unless they want to take over the cost of the per month charges and equipment for the line. Most people will opt out and want to use their own phone as their "new" method of paging. Doing everything they "can" to save a body as they say. Per MM.
