I question the sanity of the local troll and my post gets deleted. Meanwhile, said troll is allowed to continue relentlessly spamming the board with fake news.

There's an email address where you can contact the owner. Looks like it's someone from Canada.
Personal insults, trolling and bullying are not allowed here, and site admins nuke that kind of posts all the time.
But a difference in opinion is not forbidden, and it is a rumor site, not a news portal. And rumors may or may not turn out to be true.
The crazy person is probably reporting everything. I don' think these forums are actively monitored, so I think that if something gets reported enough it's just deleted.
