I worked fir conduent. I never was paid for the time while trying to log on or when I was with IT trying to resolve an issue. Also I was out sick back in September 2023. I provided a doctors note stating that I was going to beout of work for 2 days. My team lead explained because i missed that time that I was going to be set up in a new training course which did not happen. For 2 months every other day I reached out asking when my new training class was going to begin and I never received any response.
They need to reopen this case
I was in one of these against a large US corporation (can't say who) and I got paid thousands of $$, even though I had previously signed a "Will not sue the company" paper.
I remember in 2002 or so there was a similar lawsuit against old CSC and workers won.

Awesome! I am not an hourly worker, but whoever brought this lawsuit is a hero. I hope Conduent will face consequences for the way they (mis)treat all their employees. Good luck to the plaintiffs!!
