I'm not sure how much more of this uncertainty I can take. This whole Cigna deal has been a nightmare for us regular employees from the get go.
I think it would be easier knowing I was being laid off than having to live with the stress and anticipation every single day.
We just want this to be over with, one way or another.
Cigna really isn't the issue unless you are in some adminstrative position. The bigger issue are those departments effected directly by Anthem. If the merger goes through Cigna's own contract with there current pbm ends at the same time Anthem does. But the business brought over from that still won't be enough to offset Anthem losses. That is where we are going to get hit the hardest probably.
