What ADP is doing and has become is a crime but let's not forget the ADP associates who were let go 2011-2017 time frame. I know (1) in 2011, (3) in 2012, (3) in (2014), (1) in 2017 all in my former group at the Roseland 1ADP campus....no one has been able to get anything like the job with pay or benefits like they had at ADP. It's has been a nightmare for years with these hard working former associates. Let's not forget that this plan was started in 2011 but it was moving too slow with layoffs of 50-150 people every 6 months. Hence the 2018 ER deal.
I'm lucky to be in my 60's , so I took the ER package. It was a no brainer but I feel so bad for everyone at ADP.....PAST AND PRESENT!
