Why does ADP layoff thousands of long time employees with years of experience, and make bad decisions of hiring people for manager positions with a background in culinary arts? I bet the skirt was riding high for that dumb a-- idea.

If experience isn't valued and employees are paid too much, then someone please tell me on earth any of the senior leadership is at ADP? They are all terrible. Every one. I hate dealing with most of them as they are just clueless.
:). Actually, not having a clue what the hell you are doing is a prerequisite for managerial positions or higher at ADP.
Just look at the fool who is CEO now or his worthless drunken wife beating predecessor.
