As somebody said in another thread, they laid off some of the best and most loyal employees, and I'm trying to figure out whose bright idea was that? Who makes these decisions?
Is it really all about the money? It's what you earn and not how good you are at what you do? If that's the truth, then why are we even trying anymore?
Been in plenty of meetings with this guy. Never heard a kind word leave his mouth. Blunt to the point of rudeness and never loses an opportunity to leave subtle threats regarding your position in the company in his wake. Not exactly the kindness guy in the room. Glad I moved from his staff. Hated every interaction with him. What a jerk. The new ConAgra.
The same people who replaced one of the best Chief Quality Officers with am arrogant, obnoxious and over bearing jerk by the name of Steve Hermansky. Yeah Steve, your staff think that little of you.
