Is it just me, or has Conduent just decided to skip any raises for this year?

Dumb indian senior mgmt (like Ashok, Raj Kadam) are taking the pay raises away from those who actually work hard. They make more than quarter million a year and contribute nothing.
How about when you are a dedicated worker meeting above standards, and haven’t gotten a raise in three years. With the cost of living on rise, I think we deserve raises. Especially with their high demand, and poor work ethic, and lack thereof leadership abilities to maintain a TEAM, with actual team meetings, and positive work influences. If you don’t have a job, that’s on you. Try harder to find one. Conduent has, and does abuse their workers inflicting mental illness issues on our team members by setting the highest standards and making the bonus standards even harder to get. At over 100% it was still not good enough for them.

So much for “One Conduent”
This is a disgrace. They’re rewarding themselves while freezing other’s pay, eliminating bonuses, cutting benefits, eliminating remote work, and shifting jobs to India. I guess investing in employees is correct if you only consider the executives.
In 2017, Ashok’s total compensation was $11.8M. The median employee salary was $33,040. That equates to a 358:1 CEO pay ratio. If anyone isn’t disgusted by this, there is something wrong. Employees once again paid for his bonuses by way of numerous compensation cuts.
If you were wondering how this stacks up nationally, only Conduent has the 4th highest CEO to worker pay gap. The companies higher are CVS health, CBS, and Disney.
Regarding the post about layoffs, per our CEOs own town hall, they are real and will continue to happen. They are moving work offshore up to and including the director level. Dates are July/Aug, Dec, and April. Severance is tiny for everyone, but most especially those who have low service. If you can't afford to be without a job, go find another one. These layoffs will affect everyone.
I'm in the U.S. and received a 20% raise... but that's because I left Conduent to work for a better company.
I hope that 'how about you just be happy you still have a job...' was a sarcastic comment. We all have been hearing that line from upper management to make it a joke at this point. The US employees did receive salary reviews but that too was the typical Conduent joke. Managers were forced to have a certain percentage of reports below 2% and a percentage above 2%. It had nothing to do with true performance or ensuring pay was competitive in the marketplace. Remote workers who may have seen the pay increase crumbs are probably losing that amount and more as they incur expenses with commuting to an office (travel costs, after school care, wage tax adjustments, etc.)
Not all managers received info on raises in March.
it's terrible when someone loses their job, it's also terrible when people don't receive recognition for their efforts.
To the person who asked about raises, I don't know if you are US based, if so- your manager should have already spoken with you. Raises as well as notification of no raise, was sent to managers in March. If your manager did not speak with you, you should ask them. I think there was talk about a second potential round of personnel actions mid year timeframe but am not sure what that will be (or if).
how about you just be happy you still have a job unlike some of us?
