What kind of a notice is given when the store is slated for closing?
Do they let employees know a month or two ahead, or is it just sprung on everybody a few days before the fact?
I'm talking about single store closings, not the ones that are announced as part of major restructuring, or whatever the word of the day is for it.

In a Lot of cases a note on the door when you get to work is your only notice. THey usually offer you 60 days to find a position with another store and I believe length of service determined any severance your entitled to. THE only time I’ve seen them give not actual notice is when they’re doing a lot of stores at one time.
