They need to take the top 300 oldest tenure employees, give them 70 weeks severance as a buyout. No unemployment to pay and they weed out the tired and feed up oldies making the big bucks. Some will bite, some won’t. That’s the way to handle it. I know some that have been here 25 years and they are more than ready. I could be wrong. But it’s a solution.

My prediction is more people will jump ship before any payoffs or layoffs happen.
Brilliant is a strong word, but thank you!! Seems if Hooley gets a deal, give the real people a choice. I appreciate what I have. A job and a roof, thanks to my god for suppling me with the tools. Dst meds NO thanks.

Come on Dst do the right thing, put out an email to all employees 26 plus years asking for a buyout. You can buy them out for last day of may, win wib, weed out those latchesrs
It does make sense, no negative publicity for Dst
Fidelity investments did this a couple years ago. (Buyout).
THEN they laid off the people who didn't take the buyout. They would have made a lot more taking the buyout.
