This company released this box way too early. I do not understand why you would want to test it with paying customers. How about get all the bugs worked out before you launch this product. Customers can’t even get there DVR recordings back if they change their mind on the box. They will start to leave out of frustration. Maybe the super bowl commercial wasn’t the greatest idea.

I remember in October there was a field com saying all 25 customers who beta tested it were asked 2 return it .
Really they only beta tested it with 25 customers ... that's a small sample size .
When in doubt swap it out
They beta tested with employees, part of the beta test is to provide a detail report as feedback. If everyone says it works and no issues, they will assume it's ready for deployment.
Granted just like Xfinity's X1 had bugs when it came out but over time they will fix them.
Don't worry, I heard from a good source that they plan on releasing second generation Altice One in 2020. They said it's gonna have far more features and way less bug issues. Hopefully, we'll still have video customers.
