when rikesh brought in 3 or 4 supposedly top sales team a few years ago. Where are the big deals the sales VP was supposed to make? There are no large deals at this company at all -no announcements and are so happy with such mild and below market results?

global client partner of amex account messed up many insurance accounts.... taking up work for pittance with atrocious one sided contacts rule and making people work on weekends holiday .
this flamboyant guy made big show(made up) of innovation in MSO , commando team etc ....

American express in america big account!
But we're in such good shape becasue they rewarded the guy who run Insuranze into the worst performing vertical by making him head of Sales, a job that only requires you to carry Bharats bag and shine his shoes. No competnet or sane person would touch that job.
be happy that some one atleast joined the third rate firm for the sake of high salary,,,,,,
it is impossible to close large deals with third rate tech employees with no core development skill ......not to mention absence of domain skill in managers
to give example fedex account is a one man two man show....
