User story: As a software engineer looking for a job change, I want to prepare for interviews so that I can get an equivalent job within 12 weeks. Please share URLs of resources for preparation.

Try the questions at https://leetcode.com
You may need to spend a couple of hours everyday for 4 weeks before you start interviewing.
Go through Glassdoor and look at past interview questions. There's also Careercup, but I think Glassdoor is more useful. Go through all the questions in Cracking the Code Interview.
