Wow, a 5-day stretch without any postings about hpe! Perhaps the bleeding has finally slowed down or stopped?

@SvHPm0U-2vru, you are on the money. I said the same thing the second they touted that 30% increase in 401k at the emperor's coronation day.
What a bunch of deceitful and disingenuous $%#@&^%$#
The CE's being laid off in Canada are getting severance packages due to Canadian labor law. Don't think that has anything to do with Neri, I think itsjust having to comply with Canadian labor law and not getting sued.
Remember, Emperor Neri said that the 401k matching is a 30% improvement from last year. That sounds much better than saying HPE increased it from 3% to 4%.
Many were CE's who were dumped off to Unisys. Many are looking for new jobs or don't post here any more because they don't care about this company or are now focusing on Unisys.
What bonus? The $7,000 for CEs to stay? And $7,000 after a year, then get laid off? It's depressing. You can't blame it all on Meggot, she has had help, Mark, Leo, Carly,......
New offerings, HPE 3rd World Country Support, now Powered by CE's paid to stay short term. Good Luck to All.
You'll find lots of happy people within HPE that have safe comfy jobs or have met their quota for the quarter. The ones aren't posting are the field engineers, (like myself). We are too busy looking for other jobs at this point. It was fun to gossip and mock the dumb decisions that our executives make. Or comments around the layoffs. Anna for instance said on a open forum call that this would be a good opportunity for the CE's to work for a new company. Seriously? We've all read the jobs that Unisys is offering and it's not looking good.
no, 401k under the Emperor is certainly not as good as 2000-2006 era. It used to be 6% match back then. Then the Herd guy came along and slashed it to 4%. Later, the last CEO slashed it further to 3%. All that the emperor is doing none is putting it back to 4%
The 401K change is just a give back to pre-Hurd days. The education benefit only applies to debt incurred in last 4 years, so the mid to long term employees do not benefit at all. Just plugging away until the entire plug gets pulled by the bosses.
The bleeding has stopped. We've all been s---ed dry and left with an empty shell. Hey, the weather outside's quite nice, isn't it?
@SvHPm0U-bso WRONG! It is about Meg, the job and the money. It's far from being a great place to work. Even CEO Antonio Neri has acknowledged moral is poor within HPE.
As with everything at HPE, it’s not about Meg or the job: it’s about money, so just give the sheep hypocrites some additional money, and the complaining magically stops and suddenly it’s a great place to work.
What bonus payouts??
Everyone’s happy now. I think the latest bonus pay outs have helped raised morale.
