Plan C. Layoff more. Hit them hard in June. Reduce till it hurts. Outsource tech support to blackboard vendor. Hide student numbers so people don’t know the real numbers. Repeat. Rename. Sell.

The bad systems were put in place to save money as well as make it an option to reduce at anytime. Save. Reduce. Repeat. But reduce to profit is not a good strategy. Anyone know any examples where that worked?

Pricing was Plan B, obviously it’s not working. Those pricing surveys should be interesting on our feedback. I didn’t like how it will show my name, but I was honest. It doesn’t drI’ve more people here. It’s just a fact. I still have no clue why systems were integrated when they don’t work.

On top of that, they aren’t even spending money on leads. It’s very, very slow right now. Layoffs soon I bet.

Plan C.....more layoff until they file for bankruptcy.

The numbers are not growing and the systems leave us in the dark. Plan B, if not in a pill we are in trouble.
