In Il. and Mo. five cos have had their money basically taken back, and and another one is being sued. Anyone heard anything?

@6gbm - Lump sum; the "three pay periods" simply means it may take up to six weeks to process.
Does anyone know if they will be payments or will the check come in a lump sum. Because the paperwork says may take up to three pay periods.
Still waiting for my severance package . Those of you who recieved yours did you have to sign for it upon delivery from fed ex??
Are you still eligible for severance if you accept a position with another company? Do you have to be unemployed to qualify for the severance?

Called the 800 and the packages are being sent out this week. We are to fill them out we are to get them back ASAP. We should be getting our checks within 30 days.
