Citrix has started to offer jobs to US employees in EMEA including Ireland and once they accept the offer they are forced to take a huge salary cut. That is crazy. You are asked to sell your car and do all sorts of things thinking it is a lateral move and BAM...forced pay cut!!

Citrix generally uses the cheapest, which always means the least experienced providers, for all service providers. This usually translates to incompetence in quality of services by the provider .
Citrix does a crappy job of applying for Visas too for its relos. Incompetence.
There is no relocation assistance so you are paying for the whole move on your own.

It's not forced b/c you can always find another job
