Ibm isnt quite a telecom company, is it?
Overall the economy is booming, Big telecom has been in layoff mode for years.
Why is ibm laying off?
Layoffs going on everywhere, since at least mid 2017. I don't know where the government gets its rosy stats on the economy, but it sure isn't based on anything real.
