If you're not spending most of your waking hours actively looking for a job outside of Snap, you're not doing things right.

In the real world, companies have to turn a profit, regardless of how "disruptive" they are. Employees aren't paid by their level of disruption, they're paid by the profit they generate.
This concept is hard for most Tech workers to grasp I know.
