Yes - if you are Level 35 or above, no merit increases. And we know we'll never make bonus target.

Why would they give merit increase, they want people to leave. Open your eyes people, Staples is finished and Sycamore will loot the place until an empty shell remains.
Merit increase? Anyone expecting that in anyway is walking around with blinders on. Get on with updating the resume. This is not a company with a future. Only a past.
so it's like not going to the doctor, dentist or pharmacy for a year and then claiming you have zero health costs for all future years?
Wow, who is running this company, Mark Zuckerberg?! hahahaha.
Do you mean other companies give more than 1.5% raise? WOW SHOCKING.
You all do know that there are companies out there that give employees pay increases and bonuses.... right? The clear message is leave
Well that makes a person motivated.
This makes sense if Sycamore is trying to sell off divisions. They look better with lower fixed payroll costs.
The "bonuses" are one-time expenses.
Through P01 we were way over 100% of bonus targets.
Staples and Sycamore.
Stapdom and Gycamore.
Sodom and Gomorrah.
any questions?
pretty cruddy if you ask me. sp said they were happy with fy17. MB said it was a great year. first time we met budget in years. they just got a massive tax break thanks to trump. but nah, you can't get your measly 1.5%. JL said they want to make sure to keep good talent. doesn't seem like the way to do that.
Why not?
actually it's no merit increases for any level just that under 35 is getting a very small one time bonus
you go hungry, bow, bow, bow
