How else would you attract young talent? Put the office in North Dakota? You need to go to the “trendy,hip” places. Miami makes perfect sense. Young people want to live there. And work there. Providence... not so much.
Really Miami makes sense? No parking or enough qualified staff, next to the ocean in one of the most expensive zip codes in FL.
The Providence and Miami sites were actually rational decisions and make sense - there is no conspiracy here.
