This company is top heavy with management who go hiring their friends in top positions rather than talent. The European part of the company is a complete mess with inexperienced, incompetent senior management who have no idea at all about the business, watch out for job losses.

I hate this company. People are selfish, arrogant than other companies. They only care for themselves. Poor corporate culture.

This is the most evil company I ever worked for. The people who run it VP level and above are worst than our current politicians. I hope they meet their match some day.
Nepotism occurs in all the facilities its unfortunate the incompetent people are put in charge the buddy system hides there failures and they hang onto there positions for at least 3 years then the losers move on when the screw ups catch up to them the buddies leave in groups onto another company do the same thing saw this in Tewksbury to bad because during there employment they ruin the careers of employees below them but this is the new reality same thing in civil service They don't hire the best they hire there below standard relatives friends and brown nosers I am a highly intelligent individual that experienced this got laided off because of the inept system nepotism is everywhere now incompetent is worst i have ever seen it
