Layoffs should happen in April before the earning reports.
If not done already, you should start looking for job opportunities. I wish the best for all you folks! I've enjoyed the people that I have worked with but this company is going down because of bad financial decisions (Spectra merger, high debt, higher regulatory constraint..).
