I’ve heard from an insider that HR are now planning Waves 5 and 6 layoffs. Layoffs expected to start again in September.

Don’t think of them as waves... it’s now the norm. Just like the GE management that got hired... same practice there. It is no longer waves. It’s part of the annual practice. Enjoy!
