After what I saw and heard today,it appears that the union needs to get a better negotiator. It appears that the union is more concerned about how they are getting the dues than the workers.

After what I heard and saw the last 2 years it appears that I am of the least importance to these goons that take take take. Would rather go down fighting than to get walked all over.

There is a credible threat right now and management will respond with a vengeance........all eyes will be focused on Lodi techs over the next couple of weeks. They need to do what needs to be done. Hopefully other shops will soon follow.
The time is now for everyone to wake up and take action if they really care about preserving what they currently have as employees.

I’m an Oakland tech and according to our union meetings negotiations are going very well. Don’t worry bout us cause we’re in good hands. Worry bout yourself and your at will co workers who can be treated how ever Altice feels like treating you. Whether it’s forcing you to work OT or taking more days away, don’t forget to say “thank you master” “can you penetrate me deeper master”.

They should see what is going to be in this contract first. You people are very inappropriate and try to bully people about the union. I can think for myself. If you are an Oakland tech, please talk to your union rep and see how the contract is going. I am worried about you guys and what the union is not doing for you.

whether it's CWA or IBEW, they do not need us, however, they are ready and willing to represent us.

I could show you 400 potential contracts. It's not a contract till it's ratified. All scare tactics. I'd rather have any contract than no contract.
I am thinking there is also a union cool aid. Read what the potential contract is. I believe I will be better off without a union. When that contract is done in Oakland those techs will get less than non union techs.
